Every mother deserves reassurance. Every baby deserves a strong start.
My Bump My Baby My World Foundation removes barriers to care, education, essentials and birth support, starting with free reassurance sonograms for families who need them most.
Who we serve
Care that reaches the families too often missed.
We support pregnant and postpartum women, babies, parents and families, especially those facing financial hardship or other barriers to care, including low-income, minority, and military and veteran families.
We also mentor young adults exploring careers in maternal wellness and work alongside community providers.
Serving New York and Los Angeles today. We plan to begin offering services in Atlanta by December 2026.

One mother's story
One scan. Two lives.
A mother-to-be, late in her pregnancy, was planning a home birth. She had not been able to secure the hospital appointments she needed and believed her pregnancy was low-risk. But she was carrying a silent, life-threatening complication: undiagnosed placenta previa.
Feeling that something wasn't right, she reached out to the Foundation. Our in-home scanning service visited her right away, and the scan revealed the high-risk condition. Our clinical team counseled her, explained the risks and escalated her case directly with the hospital, securing the urgent appointment she had been unable to get on her own.
Just two days later she gave birth safely in a hospital. Mother and baby are healthy today because a simple, accessible scan caught what the system missed.

Placenta previa: the placenta partly or fully covers the cervix, which can cause heavy bleeding during labor. Details have been kept general to protect the family's privacy.
Why it matters
The need is urgent, and much of it is preventable.

Our founder
Founded by a midwife. Led by volunteers.
Charlotte Williams, our Founder, President & Executive Director, is a midwife with 20+ years of experience across maternal healthcare, healthcare operations, workforce development and community-centered care. She founded My Bump My Baby after seeing how much demand there was for in-home ultrasound, and created the Foundation so that cost would never be the barrier between a mother and her scan.
Everyone who leads the Foundation gives their time freely. None of us are paid, so we can keep our focus on the mothers and babies we serve.
